Creating New Powerful Relationships

I never would have guessed that I would meet an awesome new “girlfriend.” but things always work out exactly they way they are suppose to.

One thing I always do before I take on a project, attend an event or even start my day is write my creations statements, declarations of things to come as if they are absolutely true now.

On my way to a mastermind seminar in LA I wrote 9 creation statements. One of these statements was, “I have lasting powerful relationships created through this mastermind.”

Sure enough, that mastermind resulted in many more incredible relationships than I even imagined. One of these remarkable women, Lee Knapp, is a sales training professional and one of the six authors of “Six Figures: Mixing Friendship & Business … Like a Good Martini.”

When it comes to girlfriendship (my word of course) these ladies have mastered the process.

I share with you one of the quotes from their book:

“To create deep and lasting connections, you need more than a social platform. You need physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual components. And that is what we have.”

Their book is inspiring, loving, personal, and profoundly impactful. Look these “bad girls” up. Such unserious serious business women they are.

The emotional and spiritual components of a relationship really do matter to me. This post got me to thinking why do I create some of my relationships to be emotionally and spiritually nourishing but not all? Great thought to ponder.

Thanks so much, Bella, for the kind words. The feeling is mutual and I hope to see you early in 2013.

    Hugs to you,
    Lee

Lee, you are so welcome. It certainly comes from the heart. You are one of 6 awesome women who are showing the world that friendship and business partnership can work together, thrive and make a difference in the world. Glad to know you. Look forward to seeing you at the Beyond Circumstances workshop in Ocala, Florida in March. You will get to meet one more of our 6 gals, (give I am one of our six). Isn’t it interesting how we both have spent all these years both in a group of six special girlfriends?
